quality assurance

Next up on the blog is Matt Linsey. With a breadth of knowledge and a diverse background, Matt is well-versed to handle any issues or questions that may arise for our customers. Take a few minutes to check out his responses.

Looking down the road, where do you see the company in…

Five years?

A mid-size company that has become the undisputed leader in elemental analysis.

10 years?

A company that has expanded into analytical areas of testing, other than solely elemental analysis.

Based on the 68 elements on the periodic table that Chemical Solutions tests for, which element would you use to describe yourself? And why?

I would have to say Aluminum because it is Atomic Number 13, which is my old soccer number.  Then, as Paul Simon once sang, “you can call me Al!” (song reference shows my age a bit!)

Why did you decide to begin your career as a Laboratory Technician at CSL?

Honestly, it was the first job I was offered after graduating from college and recovering from a broken leg.  After beginning to work here, though, I quickly realized I was in an organization that surrounded me with good people and that had the potential to grow and prosper.

What do you enjoy doing for fun?

Watching sporting events and spending time with family and friends.

Be sure to also check out the interviews with: Brian LaBine, President of Chemical Solutions and Francine Walker, Technical Director of Chemical Solutions.
